Meow Paper Script and Layered Template
This is a PSP script and layered template pack. This is a tagger size script that will create the paper at 800 x 800 pxls. The script is fully interactive so you can choose all the colours to suit your needs. No outside filters are required and has been tested in PSP versions 9 up to X7.
